Please allow 3 to 4 weeks after requesting a payment from your 529 plan provider for the funds to reach FVTC. Be sure to provide your FVTC student ID to help ensure the payment is applied to the correct account. If your plan provider requires an FVTC account statement, you can download one through the Financials Hub in your MyFVTC/Workday account.
When an employer or agency is paying your tuition directly, there are several options to arrange for payment. You will need to submit a billing authorization form. A generic billing authorization form is linked below. In the event the College does not have adequate documentation from the entity being billed and the entity fails to pay, the charges will be reverted back to the student.
Purchase orders/vouchers/billing authorization forms can be faxed, emailed or mailed directly to FVTC. See below for details.
