In the fast-growing and ever-changing field of horticulture, the Greenhouse Operations associate degree is a great opportunity to become a valuable member of the horticulture industry. This degree will prepare you for a variety of careers in the greenhouse field. You’ll apply the latest hands-on technologies in an environmentally friendly and sustainable practice. Your training will include propagating and growing plants, learning hydroponic food production, working in outdoor settings, diagnosing pest issues and designing a greenhouse growing operation. Instruction covers a wide array of plant types.
