Francisco Henriquez was appointed to the District Board in 2019. Currently, he serves as Director of Operations/General Manager of Pre-Fabrication for The Boldt Company.
Henriquez brings international experience to the Board. His role as Director of Operations in Oxford, United Kingdom from 2013-16 included leadership in areas like manufacturing, quality, engineering, and continuous improvement. His experience includes whole goods, parts manufacturing, and leadership and strategic roles for one of the largest renders in the United States, along with the insurance sector in Venezuela and U.S.
His passion for developing leaders at all levels began at a young age. Henriquez has served on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Green Bay and currently serves on the Boys' and Girls' Brigade Board in Neenah.
His formal education consists of a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Concordia University, during which he participated in a studying abroad program in the University of Applied Sciences of Upper Austria. While studying in Venezuela, Henriquez also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Production.
