Lead-Safe Renovator Training

Contractors conducting remodeling, renovating and/or painting activities in homes built before 1978 need to have at least one member of their crew certified as a Lead Safe Renovator. This course satisfies the training requirement to obtain certification as a Lead-Safe Renovator through the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
This course is approved by WI DSPS for 8 Residential Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Re-certification Credits. This course is approved by MN DLI for 8 Hours of Residential Contractor Qualifying Person continuing education.
