**Commercial Construction Fundamentals -** Introduces the basics of commercial construction trades. Emphasis on terms and vocabulary, hand and power tools, daily construction duties, overview of processes, phases of construction and current trends.
**Understanding Construction Drawings -** Introduces graphic communication methods used in construction. Basic sketching techniques are taught along with basic drafting procedures. Individuals will use their knowledge in architectural and engineering techniques to interpret construction drawings.
**Construction Safety with OSHA 10 -** Introduces common construction hazards. Topics include OSHAs Focus Four Hazards of falls from heights, electrocutions, struck-by hazards, and caught-between hazards, safe ladder usage, fire protection and prevention, scaffolding safety, personal protective equipment, health hazards in construction, and excavation hazards.

**Commercial Construction: Carpentry -** Introduces the basics of commercial carpentry including common tools, fasteners, materials and best practices. Emphasis on layout, structural components, walls, stairs, roof assemblies.
**Commercial Construction: Concrete -** Introduces the basics of concrete flatwork and wall construction including common tools, machinery, materials and best practices used in preparation, forming, placing, and finishing concrete.
**Commercial Construction: Ironwork -** Introduces the basics of commercial ironwork including welding procedures. Emphasis on structural steel, connections and layouts.
