Aesthetician Tech Standards

Proof of HS Completion

Submit a final, official high school transcript, an original diploma or an official copy of GED/HSED Certification Scores. Current high school students must submit an official, in-progress transcript and a final, official transcript or diploma after graduation. You'll find all the details at www.fvtc.edu/apply.

Additional Information

Pursuant to 2017 Wisconsin Act 278, beginning August 1, 2018, prior to submitting an application for a credential, an individual may apply to the Department of Safety and Professional Services for a determination of whether the individual would be disqualified from obtaining the credential due to his/her/their conviction record;  To apply for a predetermination, please fill out Form #3253 and submit all required documentation specified on the form;  Pursuant to Wis Stat. § 111.335(4)(e), the offenses or kinds of offenses that may result in a refusal, bar, or termination of licensure are published under Additional Resources on the left side of this page: [https://dsps.wi.gov/Pages/Professions/ControlledSubstancesSUA/Default.aspx](https://dsps.wi.gov/Pages/Professions/ControlledSubstancesSUA/Default.aspx) and [https://dsps.wi.gov/Credentialing/Business/fm3253.pdf](https://dsps.wi.gov/Credentialing/Business/fm3253.pdf)

Credit Transfer Options

They're your credits. Take them with you!

Whether you’re an incoming student, transferring to another two-year college or pursuing your bachelor’s degree, we make it easy for you to seamlessly transfer your credits. With full accreditation by the Higher Learning Commission, we offer credit transfer agreements with more than 65 two-and four-year colleges.

Transfer In

Many students come to Fox Valley Tech with credits they’ve already earned, either while in high school or at other colleges and universities. It’s also possible to be granted credit for career-related knowledge and skills you’ve already mastered.

Transfer Out

Is a four-year degree in your future? Save time and money by starting here. You can earn your associate degree at Fox Valley Tech, then apply your credits toward a bachelor’s degree. Or easily transfer your credits to other two-year colleges.
