You must be employed by a company/organization that is willing to participate in an apprenticeship program. Each employer has their own requirements for entry into the apprenticeship program. Contact an employer’s human resources department to see what is available.

If an employer decides to move forward with the apprentice agreement, the employer will submit an apprentice application to the Department of Workforce Development (DWD).

Once your contract is in place, the FVTC apprentice office will communicate with you on course registration, textbooks, etc. Connect with Jennifer Dausey at [](mailto:// for course registration.
