Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC) has been approved to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements. As a member of SARA, , FVTC strives to provide a positive distance education experience. If concerns or issues arise, current or former students of a distance education program offered by FVTC are encouraged to submit a Concern/Complaint form. The College will follow their established process to address the complaint. The form and additional Concern/Complaint Process information can be found online.
If the concern is not resolved at the college level, students may submit a complaint through Wisconsin’s Distance Learning Authorization Board (DLAB). This appeal process is for FVTC distance education activity conducted across state lines under specific and limited circumstances. For more information on the types of complaints handled by DLAB, steps to be taken before filing a complaint with DLAB, and the process to file a complaint with the DLAB, see DLAB’s student complaint process.
