Lean Enterprise Certificate for Government provides weekly virtual sessions combined with instructor guided online content bundled into one convenient series. The series explores lean and continuous improvement approaches that are changing government and public sector agencies by reducing waste, improving service levels, optimizing processes and delivering performance.

The series consists of seven virtual sessions which include an introduction to each weekly topic and reflection from the previous weeks’ learnings as well as a final project report. In addition, asynchronous content is available for participant review and includes narrative, videos, interactive learning objects and discussion boards. Course content focuses on concepts, tools and techniques that apply to any work process and integrate specific case studies relevant to public service organizations.
