    **Financial Skills for Non-Financial Managers**
    Learn basic accounting principles and the concepts of using and interpreting financial statements. Provides the framework for the three established financial statements: balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement.
    **Financial Literacy**
    Customized financial statement and financial literacy training available at your workplace or an FVTC campus location.
    **Personal Financial Basics**
    A series of training modules provide participants with essential information about banking, credit, budgeting, financial planning and consumer skills. The training can be customized to meet the specific needs of employees. A sampling of topics includes, but is not limited to: budget basics, work-related money and building personal wealth.
    **Financial & Accounting Software**
    Introduces employees and small business owners to computer software tools to manage data, financials and small business operations. Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks offer feature-rich ways to manage organization and small business financials.
