The Parent/Child Center (PCC) is located at the Appleton campus and is licensed for 96 children, ages 6 weeks through 5 years year-round, and 5k-9 years old during summer only. We provide for the educational, social and physical needs of the children, while also providing a learning experience for college students enrolled in the Early Childhood Education program.

The PCC is a nonprofit organization providing quality child care and preschool programs. The center is state-licensed by the Department of Children and Families.

Staff Qualifications

The center is staffed by professional child care personnel who either have an associate degree or are pursuing a bachelor's degree.

Tuition 

Tuition at the Parent Child Center is reasonable. We are a cost recovery center and tuition is charged weekly through an ACH withdrawal. We accept Child Care Assistance through the state. Parents need to be pre-approved. Downoad Tuition Chart (PDF)

CURRICULUM

Welcome to the PCC summer school age program. Our staff are ready to spend their day with your children with age appropriate activities all can enjoy while being in a safe, nurturing environment. Activities include: Indoor/outdoor play, large and small group game activities, arts/crafts, free-choice, cooking projects and many many more! Am/Pm snack and lunch daily is included in your weekly rates. 

Ages: 5-9 years (5 year old must have completed 5k)
Hours: Monday-Friday 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Enrollment: Full-time only. A minimum of 2 weeks required.
Rates: FVTC student/staff = $215 per week | Community = $225 per week
