Francisco is a recently appointed District Board member. Currently, he serves as Operation Director of the Components Division for Miller Electric Mfg. LLC.
Francisco brings international experience to the Board. His role as Director of Operations in Oxford in the United Kingdom from 2013-16 included leadership in areas like manufacturing, quality, engineering, and continuous improvement. His experience includes whole goods, parts manufacturing, and leadership and strategic roles for one of the largest renders in the United States, along with the insurance sector in Venezuela and U.S.
His passion for developing leaders at all levels began at a young age. Francisco has served on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Green Bay and currently serves on the Boys' and Girls' Brigade Board in Neenah.
His formal education consists of a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Concordia University, during which he participated in the studying abroad program in the University of Applied Sciences of Upper Austria. While studying in Venezuela, Francisco also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Production.
