Why did you choose the Dental Hygienist program?

To change lives for the better. With this program, I am given an opportunity to treat people with empathy and care in order to build a foundation of trust. I can help scared patients become more relaxed in the dental office, and my ultimate success is when I have a patient who can't wait to come back.

What are you learning about your career field that you find interesting or rewarding?

I found it interesting that as dental hygienists we treat patients as a whole; we just do not focus on the patient's mouth.

Why did you choose Fox Valley Technical College?

I chose Fox Valley Technical College because of its affordability, and also because the instructors treat you like an adult and have a passion for their work.

How has Fox Valley Technical College helped you change your life?

Fox Valley Technical College has changed my life by teaching me the necessary foundation needed for the professional world.

What type of job do you expect to find after graduation? 

I would like to find a job working at a DSO that is going to help me explore new innovations.

You need to research, dissect, and review the pros and cons of your interest.
