The Fox Valley Technical College Mobile Transportation Laboratory is bringing learning directly to area high schools.

In this recent article from the Green Bay Press-Gazette, FVTC Diesel Technology instructor Mike Farrell talks about the 'cool factor' of mobile, hands-on learning.

Farrell recently spoke to students at Kaukauna High School planning on attending Fox Valley Technical College. A collection of pistons and push rods helped him grab their attention while he talked careers in the automotive and diesel industry.

"As soon as you get students involved… they light up and get excited and are interested in it," says Farrell.
