On Friday, December 13, Fox Valley Technical College hosted its Winter 2024 Commencement Ceremony at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center.

Madelyne R. Sosa-Jaramillo, a graduate of the Foundations of Teacher Education program, delivered the student commencement address. The commencement speaker was Hayley Tenpas, award-winning host of ‘Focus Fox Valley’ on WHBY.

In all, 618 associate degrees and technical diplomas were awarded to graduates during this term. The ceremony was also livestreamed. To view the recording, visit www.fvtc.edu/Graduation. 

Here is a look at the Class of 2024 by the numbers:

• 618 graduates
• 387 associate degrees
• 256 technical diplomas
• 257  students graduating with honors (above a 3.5 GPA)
• 45 Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Honor Society graduates
• 24 veteran graduates
• Top three programs:
  • Associate Degree Nursing
  • Emergency Medical Technician
  • Business Management
