Photo Gallery: Spring 2023 Commencement Ceremony Congratulations, graduates! Monday, May 15, 2023 | By: Britten, Casey On Sunday, May 14, Fox Valley Technical College hosted its Spring 2023 Commencement Ceremony at Kolf Sports Center in Oshkosh. Nkuthalo "JJ" Chonco, a graduate of the Substance Use Disorder Counseling program, delivered the student commencement address. The commencement speaker was Alan Loux, President and CEO of Rawhide Youth Services. In all, 1,012 associate degrees and technical diplomas were awarded to graduates during this term.
