Our Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) chapter received notoriety by claiming three awards at the International PTK Conference in Nashville.

Fox Valley Technical College’s PTK Chapter won a Distinguished College Project Hallmark award for its exemplary collaboration between chapter members and college administration. On an individual level, FVTC President Dr. Susan May earned the Shirley B. Gordon Award of Distinction for her continued efforts in promoting the goals and leadership focus of PTK, and Jennifer McIntosh, professional communications instructor, received a Distinguished Advisor award.

PTK is an international honor society that recognizes academic achievement of college students and provides opportunities for them to grow as scholars and leaders.
