Let’s Celebrate the Class of 2023

Winter commencement is days away

It’s almost time!

Fox Valley Technical College is excited to host the winter commencement ceremony for the Class of 2023.

The event will be held Friday, December 15 at 6:00 p.m. at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center. It will include formal remarks by several speakers, the presentation of candidates and the conferring of degrees. Polly Olson, Chief of Police for Appleton Police Department is the commencement speaker. Jessica Meier, a graduate of the Culinary Arts program will deliver the student commencement address.

Here is a look at the winter Class of 2023 by the numbers:

  • 623 graduates
  • 448 associate degrees
  • 207 technical diplomas
  • 348 students graduating with honors (above a 3.5 GPA)
  • 72 Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Honor Society graduates
  • 41 veteran graduates
  • Top programs with graduates: Associate Degree Nursing, Emergency Medical Technician, Criminal Justice and Business Management
  • Programs celebrating first-time graduates: part-time Associate Degree Nursing.

For those who cannot make the in-person event, a livestream of the ceremony will be available.
