International Education Week Events

November 18-22, 2024

| By: Britten, Casey

International Education Week 2024 runs from November 18-22, and is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of Education and the U.S. Department of State is part of our efforts to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and to attract future leaders from abroad to study in the U.S.

This year, we have 105 international students on campus, representing 38 countries. They are studying in a variety of program areas like business, manufacturing, culinary arts, information technology, early childhood education, nursing and more.

Please join us for international student meet-and-greet and presentations about clothing, sports, music, food, dance and history. Learn new perspectives, break down stereotypes and build mutual understanding.
