FVTC Instructor Shares Safe Winter Driving Tips on TV Monday, January 10, 2022 | By: Daley-Hinkens, Carmelyn M Instructor Jim Schuessler knows a thing or two about driving in adverse weather conditions. At FVTC, Jim is an Emergency Vehicle Operation and Control (EVOC) instructor. He teaches recruits in the law enforcement academy and other students how to safely operate emergency vehicles during stressful and demanding driving situations. After a recent bout of snow and icy conditions in the Fox Cities, WFRV-TV asked Jim to share his best tips on being safe behind the wheel.
