Join Chef Richard on an Asian culinary exploration including a multitude of flavors and cooking methods. Come tease your taste buds with unique sauces, stir-fries and dumplings inspired by traditional Asian cuisine. Anyone willing to try new things and have some fun can conquer these recipes.

Dishes will include:
- Bibimbap (Korean: One-dish meal/meaning mixing rice)
- Hot and Sour Soup
- Shu Mai (Steamed Pork and Shrimp Dumpling)
- Chicken Stir-fry with Soy-Ginger Sauce
- Vietnamese Spring Rolls

The Jones Dairy Farm Culinary Theatre is a state-of-the-art, tier-style room featuring numerous camera angles to provide you detailed preparation views. Professional chefs will prepare food and offer tips, and at the conclusion, you'll get to sample the dishes.
