For students with a financial need to pay for educational or personal expenses, emergency funds or grants may be available.

With stops at our Appleton and Oshkosh campuses, Fox Valley Tech Degree Program and Adult Education (GED & HSED) students can use local public transit FREE with a current FVTC ID card.

Use Appleton Valley Transit bus service free with your Student ID card, anytime or anywhere that Valley Transit routes run.

In Oshkosh, students can ride any Go Transit bus free by showing their current FVTC photo ID card.

If a Fox Valley Tech student experiences an unforeseen financial expense, or a financial shortfall, emergency funding may be available. These financial situations are those that, if not resolved quickly, could lead to the student’s temporary or permanent departure from the college.

Seeds of Hope Fund

The Seeds of Hope Financial Assistance Fund was established to support financial needs of current Fox Valley Tech students. The fund, which is managed by the FVTC Foundation, is designed to assist students in paying for educational or personal expenses.

FVTC Campus Care Clinic

The focus of the Campus Care Clinic is to provide preventive care, primary care, and labs while focusing on each patient’s health and wellbeing during every visit. You receive the same high-quality care and services from primary care providers in this health and wellness center as you would at a typical health center.

Eligibility
Students: The FVTC Campus Care Clinic services are available to students currently enrolled in Associate Degree or Technical Diploma classes. 

Employees: The FVTC Campus Care Clinic services are available to all benefit eligible employees regardless of their medical insurance plan. The services are also available to the employee’s spouse and dependents if they are on the FVTC medical insurance plan.
