Instructor & Presenter Bios

**Susan Dragotta** is the lead instructor for WCTCs Global Business program. Her background includes 12 years with the Wisconsin Department of Commerce as the Export Development Manager for southeastern Wisconsin, working with local companies to expand their exports.

Prior to joining Commerce, she worked in the private sector in international sales, with a focus on Latin America. Dragotta is a Certified Global Business Professional, a board member of the MMAC World Trade Association and a co-chair for the organizations Education Committee. She is also actively involved in the International Credit Executives group and the International Compliance Professionals Association.
