Industrial Emergency Response

Customized training focusing on responding to facility emergencies including: incident command, hazardous materials, fire, confined space, rope rescue, and other rescue situations are available. Training focusing on your organizations emergency response team and specific facility is also available.

Frequently-requested industrial emergency response training includes:

**Industrial Emergency Response: *Operations, Technician***

This training is designed for individuals who respond to situations with the expectation of using aggressive techniques to control the situation and/or stop a chemical release, as defined by 29 CRF 1910.120. The training includes lecture and hands-on experiences using equipment common to industrial emergency response teams, including air-monitoring equipment. The participants don various items of protective clothing, including Level A. Participants will be involved with mock situations, including assessment and implementation of a response plan.

**Industrial Emergency Response: *Operations, Refresher***

This training is intended to meet the requirements for annual refresher training at the operations level, under 29 CFR 1910.120. The training serves as a review of the key topics introduced in the operations-level course. Focus includes hazard identification, spill containment and decontamination.

**Industrial Emergency Response: *Technician, Refresher***

This training is intended to meet the requirements for annual refresher training at the technician level, under 29 CFR 1910.120. The training serves as a review of the key topics introduced in the technician-level course. Focus includes hazard identification, spill control and hot zone procedures.
